Culture Crossroads USA is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit registered in Washington State with a corporate board, a youth advisory committee and industry advisors.

Culture Crossroads USA (TM) exists to equip, empower, and unleash conservative youth in careers in the arts, business, law, and education to make transformational change in American culture.

We value: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, goodness, self- control, gratitude, truth, honor, excellence, discipline, personal responsibility, competition, fortitude. grit, self-confidence, self-worth. Limited government, freedom, individual rights, rule of law, free markets, moral order, and human dignity and hope to instill these values in the young people who come through our programs.

OUR MISSION

To train the culture changers of the future by:

  • Instilling conservative values in fun and exciting ways.
  • Providing opportunities to get involved in the arts, law, business, and education with training, contests, scholarships, workshops, internships, and mentoring.
  • Working collaboratively with other established organizations to effectively influence the culture in America

Our Board

Kerry French - President

Kerry French – Kerry is the founder of Culture Crossroads USA®, a singer/songwriter,  U.S. Navy Veteran, and a longtime Washington State civic leader whose career blends creativity, community service, and organizational leadership.  She founded CCUSA ® after realizing how many talented youths are denied opportunities due to their world views and the need for good mentors for youth going into these culture changing vocations. She holds degrees in Paralegal Studies, Forensics, and Government ,grounding her work in strong analytical and communication skills. Kerry has served in multiple political party leadership roles, including District Chair, County and State Executive Boards member, contributing to strategic planning, grassroots engagement, and organizational development. Her public service also includes appointments as an Arts Commissioner and a former Land Use Commissioner, reflecting her commitment to strengthening local communities through both cultural and civic stewardship. Across every role, Kerry brings a combination of vision, discipline, and heart, working to empower others and elevate the cultural and civic life of the communities she serves.

Isabella Warner

Isabella Warner – Isabell is a Washington‑raised conservative organizer whose academic and leadership foundation was shaped at Central Washington University, where she earned her degree in Philosophy and founded the university’s first Turning Point USA chapter. Through building that chapter from the ground up, she developed a reputation for initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to mobilize and mentor young conservatives on campus. After completing her studies, Isabell relocated to Virginia, where she continues to expand her professional work and civic engagement while carrying forward the strong analytical skills, values‑driven leadership, and community‑minded commitment she cultivated in the Pacific Northwest.

Doug Basler

Doug Basler – Doug is an entrepreneur and longtime community leader whose career spans youth ministry, music, media production, and public service. A former youth pastor and accomplished musician, he spent years mentoring young people and using creative outreach to strengthen community connections. Basler later founded Prologue Digital, a media and communications company known for producing high‑quality video, branding, and digital strategy for businesses, nonprofits, and campaigns. In addition to his work in ministry and media, he has run for public office, bringing his communication skills and commitment to civic engagement into the political arena. Across every chapter of his career, Basler has built a reputation for combining creativity, service, and leadership to help organizations and communities tell their stories with clarity and purpose.

Joanna Shepherd

Joanna Shepherd –Joanna is a conservative organizer whose career has spanned student activism, grassroots leadership, and executive level political operations. Beginning her involvement with Turning Point USA in 2018, she rose through the organization as a Chapter President, HUB President, and participant in national leadership programs such as the Young Women’s Leadership Summit and the Live Free Tour, experiences she has publicly credited with shaping her political voice and professional trajectory. After establishing herself as a prominent young leader within the conservative movement, Shepherd transitioned into professional political work and now serves on the team of businessman and philanthropist Hossein Khorram, contributing to strategic communications, operations, and community engagement efforts. Known for her commitment to empowering young conservatives and strengthening civic participation, she continues to build influence across Washington State’s political and advocacy networks.

Bob Conti - Musician and Producer

Bob Conti – Music  Bob is a percussionist, composer, and producer best known for his work with Donna Summer, Diana Ross, and his decades‑long collaboration with José Feliciano. Over a career spanning more than 50 years, he has performed on more than 150 albums across jazz, pop, R&B, Latin, and toured globally at venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to the Sydney Opera House. Conti composed and performed on Donna Summer’s Bad Girls, the double‑platinum album that helped define the disco era, and he produced The Genius of José Feliciano Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 on his own label, Joyfull Productions. His career also includes work as a songwriter, vocalist, musical director, television presenter, and bandleader, reflecting his versatility and influence across multiple facets of the music industry

Beverly Zaslow - TV and Movie Producer

Beverly Zaslow – Film/Video – Beverly is producer and media executive whose career spans television, documentary filmmaking, and political commentary, including earlier work with TBS before moving into independent production. She is best known for producing a series of influential political and cultural documentaries, including Runaway Slave (2012), Hating Breitbart (2012), Unfair: Exposing the IRS (2014), The Enemies Within (2016), and serving as an associate producer on the acclaimed documentary Uncle Tom (2020). Her work also includes producing episodes of PolitiChicks and contributing to science programming such as Exploring Space: The Quest for Life. Zaslow’s career reflects a blend of broadcast‑media experience and independent storytelling, with a focus on projects that explore American culture, politics, and social movements.

Ai Hoffman - Business and Radio Host

Ari Hoffman – Business/Radio/Journalism– Ari Hoffman is a Seattle‑based businessman, civic activist, and talk‑radio host known for combining real‑world business experience with a high‑energy broadcast style on Talk Radio 570 KVI. As a local entrepreneur, he became active in public affairs after city policies directly affected his family and business, eventually running for Seattle City Council as part of his community advocacy. He now hosts The Ari Hoffman Show on 570 KVI, where he delivers daily commentary, interviews, and analysis on Northwest and national issues. His media presence extends beyond radio, with frequent appearances on Fox News, Newsmax, The Dr. Drew Show, 60 Minutes, and contributions as a Seattle correspondent and associate editor for The Post Millennial, reflecting his dual background in business leadership and broadcast communication

Brad Stine -Comedy

Brad Stine – Comedy – Brad Stine is a stand‑up comedian, actor, and author known for his high‑energy style, conservative‑leaning observational humor, and his prominence as one of the most widely recognized Christian comedians in the United States. Brad has been active in comedy since the 1980s and built his career through club performances, television appearances, and national tours. His comedic style—often described as fast‑paced, sharp, and rooted in cultural and political commentary—has earned him the nickname “God’s Comic.”  He has appeared on major platforms including Fox & Friends, Hannity & Colmes, CNN, and numerous Christian broadcasts, expanding his reach beyond stand‑up into faith‑based media.  Stine is also known for his comedy specials such as Put a Helmet On! (2003) and Wussification (2007), and continues to tour nationally, host podcasts, and engage audiences with a blend of humor, cultural critique, and Christian apologetics

Matt Marshall - Law

Matt Marshall – Law & Civics – Representative Matt Marshall is a Washington State legislator from the 2nd District, an Army veteran, and a former Eatonville School Board member whose career blends military service, community involvement, and grassroots political leadership.

He is a Physician Assistant and recently earned his Juris Doctorate. Marshall , having served honorably as both an enlisted soldier and an officer—experience he credits with shaping his commitment to duty, leadership, and public service. Today, as a state representative, he focuses on issues such as constitutional rights, public safety, education, and government accountability, emphasizing constituent engagement and advocacy.

Susan Trinidad - Education

Susan Trinidad – Education – Susan is a veteran educator recognized for her long service in Washington schools and her achievement as a National Board‑certified teacher.  She has spent nearly three decades teaching in Washington State, serving students in districts including Puyallup and Bethel while residing in the Eatonville community.  She has renewed her National Board Certification, one of the highest professional distinctions in American K–12 education, reflecting her commitment to instructional excellence and ongoing professional growth.  Over the course of her career, she has been recognized for her dedication to students, her leadership within her schools, and her long‑standing contribution to public education in the region.
